SUMMARY

The state of affairs in the tourist and recreational sector allows us to draw a conclusion about the urgent need for improvement and the creation of modern multifunctional complexes for family, active recreation of citizens, providing comfortable accommodation and quality diverse leisure. The development of the tourist infrastructure, the creation of modern complexes will create the conditions for the development of a number of new tourist routes of different directions. This will allow satisfying the consumer demand of various categories of tourists, ensure the all-season operation of tourist facilities and the steady growth of the tourist flow.

The relevance of the research topic is determined by the investment attractiveness of this area, as well as by the existence of the municipal target program "Development of domestic tourism in the Khabarovsk municipal district for 2013-2020", approved by the resolution of the Khabarovsk municipal district administration of September 4, 2012 No. 2520. The objectives of this program is Creation of a modern tourist and recreational complex in Khabarovsk municipal district and creation of favorable conditions for further sustainable development ism and meet consumer demand for tourist services.

The goal of the final qualifying work is to identify ways of improving the services of tourist and recreational complexes. To achieve this goal, the following objectives were identified:

- study the theoretical basis for the provision of recreational services;

- review regulatory and legal aspects;

- carry out the analysis of the market of recreational services;

- develop a project to improve the recreational complex

The object of research is a tourist-recreational complex.

The subject of the research is the services of tourist and recreational complexes.

Research hypothesis: the introduction of the proposed complex of recreational services, contributes to improving the competitiveness of recreational facilities.

Methods of scientific research: system analysis, "The Secret Guest", statistical methods of information processing, questionnaires and interviews.

During the research works of foreign and domestic authors, articles from periodicals, legislative acts and normative documents, in the field of rendering recreational services, as well as dissertations and information resources of the Internet, were used.

The theoretical basis for the study included the works of the following authors: LG Lukyanov, SA Sevastyanov, VI Tsybukh, Kuskov AS, Ushakov, DS and others.

Approbation of work and introduction of research results. The results of the research and business project interested the founder of the recreational complex "Matveevskaya Sloboda" and will be used in the further work of the complex.
