ABSTRACT

Final qualification work entitled “Features of consumer behavior of Chinese tourists” consists of an introduction, two chapters, divided into paragraphs, a conclusion, a bibliography, and appendices.

The substantiated relevance of the topic, formulated goals and tasks of the final qualification work, the determined object and subject of the research, the theoretical and practical significance of the results of the study are presented in the introduction of the final qualification work on 2 pages.

An analysis of the authors' works in the field of the theory of consumer behavior and Sinology as well as the essence of consumer behavior and psychological features of the Chinese are shown in the first chapter entitled “Theoretical foundations of the study of consumer behavior of the Chinese people”.

A comprehensive study of Chinese consumers' preferences is carried out in the second chapter “Organization of the reception of Chinese tourists based on the study of their consumer behavior”. On the basis of this a weekend tour is developed.

In conclusion, the main outputs on all chapters of the final qualification work are reflected.

The total volume of the final qualification work is 76 pages. The final qualification work contains 11 drawings and 2 tables. Bibliography consists of 60 sources.
