ABSTRACT

Diploma thesis on "Accounting and analysis remuneration" consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography.

In the introduction the relevance of the topic, formulate goals and objectives of the study.

In the first chapter highlights the problem and theoretical issues in accounting and analysis calculations with the staff wages.

In the second chapter disclosed technical and economic characteristics of the studied organizations, the analysis of major economic indicators for the last three years of the enterprise, the accounting issues covered payments to personnel, the analysis efficiency in labor costs, as well as audited accounts with staff on pay according to the organization.

In the third chapter developed the main directions of improving accounting settlements with employees. In particular the use of proposed transfer of wages to employees on plastikvye cards and recommendations for reflection data operations in accounting.

In conclusion, summed up the study, conclusions and recommendations relating to research.

Diploma thesis contains 5 figures, 19 tables, 1 appendix, and 50 literary source.
