Annotation

The final qualifying work on the topic «Organization of accounting in wholesale and retail trade» was performed on the example of the Khabarovsk branch of the open joint-stock company «Railway Trade Company», the work consists of 3 sections. The amount of work is 72 pages. In the work 1 figure and 8 tables are presented.

The first section of the final qualifying work «Wholesale and retail trade: regulatory regulation, essence and effectiveness evaluation» discloses the legal framework governing trade in the Russian Federation, gives the concept and comparative characteristics of wholesale and retail trade, and presents the main indicators analyzed by trading enterprises.

In the second section «Organization of accounting in wholesale and retail trade» a brief description of the Khabarovsk branch of the open joint-stock company «Railway Trade Company» is given, the organization of accounting and features of activity is considered, the analysis of accounting financial statements is made.

The third section of the paper «The main conclusions and recommendations for improving the activities of the trading company» focuses on the problems identified by the research in the course of the study and suggests measures for their elimination.

When writing the final qualifying work, the data of accounting and financial reporting, documents of regulatory and legal nature, as well as 32 literary sources were used.
