Аbstract
Actuality of work. The main source of accidents in railway transport (more than 80% of cases) is transportation of oil products. In case of mechanical damage to special tanks, oil products enter the environment with subsequent ignition or contamination of territories or water areas. Accidents on the railway transport during transportation of oil products cause great damage to the environment. Optimization of transporting petroleum products by rail is an urgent engineering and environmental task, the solution of which will help reduce the overall number of emergency situations.
The purpose of the work is to reduce the risks of emergencies when transporting NNPs by rail in the Sakhalin Region through the use of a set of measures, for which the following tasks are set:
1) to consider the main causes of accidents in the railway transport of the Sakhalin Oblast;
2) analyze statistical data on accidents during the movement of trains carrying petroleum products;
3) Calculate fire risk on the site of the Sakhalin Railway Holmsk-Tomari;
4) on the basis of a systems approach to manage the emergency risk for rail transportation of petroleum products, develop a set of measures to prevent and mitigate the consequences of emergencies.
The object of the study is the vulnerabilities that arise in the transportation of oil and oil products in the Sakhalin region.
The subject of the study is the means and ways of preventing and minimizing the consequences of emergency situations associated with the transportation of oil and oil products in the Sakhalin region.
The scientific novelty of the results of the thesis is as follows:
- On the basis of the system analysis, the criteria for minimizing the ES with NNP in the Sakhalin Oblast are determined, and the need for improving the attachment of the bulk geogrid is substantiated.
- Calculation of fire risk on the site of the Sakhalin railroad Kholmsk-Tomari.
- The technique of ranking the territory adjacent to the railway is proposed, according to clutter classes.
- The section of the Kholmsk-Tomari railway was categorized, according to the hazard class.
Practical significance. The recommendations presented in this paper will be facilitated by the minimization of emergency situations during the transportation of oil and oil products by rail on Sakhalin Island
Structure of the work. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of used literature. The total number of pages is 102. Number of drawings is 15, tables are 18. The list of used literature includes 40 items.
