ABSTRACT

The theme of the final qualification of the "The competitiveness of the enterprise and the main directions of its increase on the example of LLC «UYUT».
The work consists of three chapters.
The first chapter deals with the theoretical aspects of competitiveness: the definition and essence of the company's competitiveness; Characteristics of competitiveness; Ways to increase competitiveness.
The second chapter, a study was made of the main indicators of the company LLC «UYUT». In this section the general characteristic of the company is given; strategic analysis of the external and internal environment of the company; determining the stage of the life cycle of the company, identifying the advantages and disadvantages in the activities of the organization on the basis of the analysis; analysis of the main economic indicators of the company; analysis of the company's labor resources; study of functional strategies implemented by the company "UYUT" and analysis of the interrelations between them.
The third chapter is devoted to recommendations on the main areas of the analysis of the activities of LLC UYUT, as well as the effectiveness of management decisions aimed at optimizing the activities of the company UYUT LLC as a whole and its individual structural units.
The total amount of work is 79 pages. Final qualifying work contains 9 tables and 4 figures. In the course of writing the work was used 30 references.
