ZLIZINAThe development of the risk-management system of the payment cardscirculationThe author developed the theoretical model of risk-management system of thepayment cards circulation, that enables estimation of its safety, resistance and intrasystem connections between its elements – state, payment systems, banks, insurancecompanies. The conceptual framework of payment cards risk-management isenriched, classification of risks of payment cards circulation is extended. Thecalculating formula and scenarios of implementing self-insurance tools for managingrisks of debit and credit card were developed.
Based on the assessment of the currentstate of risk-management system of the payment cards circulation in Russiarecommendations were proposed for the purpose of ensuring social and economicstability.25.
