Ãëàâà ñîäåðæèò ÷åòûðå ÷àñòè.  ïåðâîé÷àñòè ïðèâîäèòñÿ èëëþñòðàöèÿ òèïè÷íîãî ïîâåäåíèÿ ñèñòåìû, âûïîëíÿþùåé çàäàíèÿ íåñêîëüêèõ êëàññîâ, ôóíêöèîíèðóþùåé ïî ïðåäëîæåííîé ðàíäîìèçèðîâàííîéìîäèôèêàöèè ïðîòîêîëà ëîêàëüíîãî ãîëîñîâàíèÿ â óñëîâèÿõ ïîìåõ, çàäåðæåê, èçìåíÿþùåéñÿ ñòðóêòóðû ñâÿçåé ñåòè.
