Ïîêàçàíî ñóùåñòâîâàíèå äâóõ îòëè÷íûõ êîìïîíåíò àìïëèòóäûñïàðèâàíèÿ ñî ñâîéñòâàìè, ñîîòâåòñòâóþùèìè ýôôåêòó áëèçîñòè â íîðìàëüíîì ìåòàëëå è ôåððîìàãíåòèêå. Àìïëèòóäà ýòèõ êîìïîíåíò çàâèñèò îò ðàçìåðàäîìåíîâ, à èõ ñóïåðïîçèöèÿ ìîæåò ïðåäñòàâëÿòü êàê îñöèëëèðóþùóþ, òàê è ìîíîòîííî óáûâàþùóþ ôóíêöèþ. Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî ïîäîáíûå ñâîéñòâà ìîãóò áûòüïîëó÷åíû èñêóññòâåííî â ìàòåðèàëàõ, âêëþ÷àþùèõ áîëüøîå êîëè÷åñòâî ÷åðåäóþùèõñÿ ôåððîìàãíèòíûõ ñëîåâ.2. Ïðåäëîæåíà êîíöåïöèÿ ìàñøòàáèðóåìîãî äæîçåôñîíîâñêîãî ϕ-êîíòàêòàñ ïðîäîëüíî-îðèåíòèðîâàííîé ïðîñëîéêîé èç íîðìàëüíîãî è ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ìåòàëëîâ.
Ïîêàçàíà âîçìîæíîñòü ðåàëèçàöèè ϕ-ñîñòîÿíèÿ ñ íåòðèâèàëüíîé19òîê-ôàçîâîé çàâèñèìîñòüþ â îêðåñòíîñòÿõ 0-π ïåðåõîäà. Ïðîèçâåäåíà îöåíêàìàñøòàáèðóåìîñòè òàêèõ ñòðóêòóð è âûâåäåíî óñëîâèå, îãðàíè÷èâàþùåå ìèíèìàëüíûé ðàçìåð ϕ-êîíòàêòà. Ïðîèçâåäåíî ñðàâíåíèå ðàçëè÷íûõ ãåîìåòðèéñòðóêòóð ñ ïðîäîëüíî-îðèåíòèðîâàííîé NF-ïðîñëîéêîé. Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî ðàñïîëîæåíèå ñâåðõïðîâîäÿùèõ ýëåêòðîäîâ è çàêëþ÷åííîãî ìåæäó íèìè ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ñëîÿ íàä íîðìàëüíîé ïëåíêîé ÿâëÿåòñÿ îïòèìàëüíûì äëÿ ðåàëèçàöèèϕ-êîíòàêòà. Êðèòè÷åñêèé òîê IC ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåé ñòðóêòóðû ñ ïîïåðå÷íûìèðàçìåðàìè íîðìàëüíîé è ôåððîìàãíèòíîé ïëåíîê ïîðÿäêà 100 íì è ðàññòîÿíèåì ìåæäó ýëåêòðîäàìè îò 7 äî 22 íì ìîæåò äîñòèãàòü çíà÷åíèé ïîðÿäêà 1ìÀ.3.
Ðàññ÷èòàíû òîêîâûå õàðàêòåðèñòèêè â äæîçåôñîíîâñêîé ñòðóêòóðå ñîñëîæíîé ïðîñëîéêîé, ñîñòîÿùåé èç òóííåëüíîãî áàðüåðà, òîíêîé ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåíêè è ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ñëîÿ â çàâèñèìîñòè îò òîëùèí ñëîåâ, õàðàêòåðèñòèê ìàòåðèàëîâ è òåìïåðàòóðû. Ñèñòåìàòèçèðîâàíû îñíîâíûå ðåæèìû ðàáîòû ñòðóêòóðû, îïðåäåëÿþùèåñÿ ïîäàâëåíèåì ñàìîñîãëàñîâàííîãî ïîòåíöèàëà ñïàðèâàíèÿ â ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåíêå çà ñ÷åò ýôôåêòà áëèçîñòè èìåñòîì ëîêàëèçàöèè ïðûæêà ôàçû íà ôåððîìàãíèòíîì èëè äèýëåêòðè÷åñêîìñëîÿõ. Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî õàðàêòåðíîå íàïðÿæåíèå IC RN òàêîé äæîçåôñîíîâñêîéñòðóêòóðû ïðè èñïîëüçîâàíèè ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâûõ ïðîñëîåê òîëùèíîé îò 20äî 60 íì ìîæåò äîñòèãàòü çíà÷åíèé ïîðÿäêà 1 ìÂ, ñîïîñòàâèìûõ ïî âåëè÷èíåñ õàðàêòåðíûì íàïðÿæåíèåì òóííåëüíîãî êîíòàêòà, ÷òî îïðåäåëÿåò åå áûñòðîäåéñòâèå è ìîæåò ïîçâîëèòü èíòåãðèðîâàòü åå â öåïè áûñòðîé îäíîêâàíòîâîéëîãèêè.4.
Ïîêàçàíà âîçìîæíîñòü èñïîëüçîâàòü áûñòðîäåéñòâóþùèé äæîçåôñîíîâñêèé êîíòàêò ñî ñëîæíîé ïðîñëîéêîé, ñîñòîÿùåé èç òóííåëüíîãî áàðüåðà, òîíêîé ñâåðõïðîâîäíèêîâîé ïëåíêè è ôåððîìàãíèòíîãî ñëîÿ, â êà÷åñòâå óïðàâëÿåìîãî ýëåìåíòà â ÿ÷åéêå ïàìÿòè. Ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî îí ìîæåò áûòü ïåðåêëþ÷åí èç0 â π ñîñòîÿíèå çà ñ÷åò èçìåíåíèÿ òåìïåðàòóðû èëè ýôôåêòèâíîãî îáìåííîãîïîëÿ ìàãíèòíîãî ìàòåðèàëà. Ðàññ÷èòàíû òîê-ôàçîâûå ñîîòíîøåíèÿ â îáëàñòè0 -π ïåðåõîäà è ïîêàçàíî, ÷òî ïåðåõîä îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ ÷åðåç ñîñòîÿíèÿ ñ çàìåòíûì âêëàäîì âûñîêèõ ãàðìîíèê â òîê-ôàçîâîé çàâèñèìîñòè äàæå â ñëó÷àå20òåìïåðàòóð áëèçêèõ ê êðèòè÷åñêîé.Ðåçóëüòàòû äèññåðòàöèè îòðàæåíû â ñëåäóþùèõ ïóáëèêàöèÿõ[À1] Í.
