Der lose mitgelieferte Be-/ Entlüftungsfilter ist vor Inbetriebnahme gegen die Einfüllschraube auszutauschen.Die Größe 28 hat keine Entlüftungs-, Ölstands- und Ablaßschrauben. Auf Grund der geringen thermischen Belastung istkein Schmierstoffwechsel erforderlichB.38/K.38 Getriebe haben eine Ölschraube, eine Be-/ Entlüftung ist bei diesen Getrieben nicht erforderlich.Die Getriebe werden betriebsfertig mit Getriebeöl gefüllt geliefert.
Um die Getriebe mit der angemessenen Ölmenge zu versehen, muß bei der Bestellung die Bauform angegebenwerden. Bei der Ölschmierung werden hochlegierte, alterungsbeständige und nicht schäumende Raffinate mit höchsten Druckaufnahmevermögen (FZG-Test DIN 51354 =Kraftstufe > 12) eingesetzt.
Bei Ölwechsel dürfen nur Öle ingleicher Art (z.B. CLP) und Viskositätsklasse (z.B. VG 220)gemischt werden. Stehen die nachfolgend aufgeführten Ölenicht zur Verfügung, so können auch andere gleichwertigeÖle eingesetzt werden. In keinem Fall Öle unterschiedlicher Art (z.B. CLP und PGLP) vermischen.MOTOX®-N-Kegelstirnradgetriebe B38 werden grundsätzlichvor dem Versand mit synthetischen Schmierstoff gefüllt.
DasLeistungschild enthält Angaben zur Ölart (PGLP) und ISOViskositätsklasse.Biologisch abbaubare umweltschonende Öle auf Basis synthetischer oder nativer Ester der Wassergefährdungsklasse 1bzw. 2 oder Öle mit USDA -H1/-H2 Zulassung sind auf Anfrage lieferbarMOTOX®-N-Bevel Helical Gear Units of sizes 48...188 are furnished with filler, oil level and drain plug. Before starting operations the separately supplied venting filter has to bereplaced with the filler plug.The size 28 have no venting, oil level and oil drain plug. Because of the low thermal load, no lubricant-change is necessaryB.38/K. 38 gear units have one oil plug, ventilation of this gearunits is not necessary.Speed reducers are shipped with their lubricant, ready foroperation.
In order to fill the housings with adequate amountof lubricant, working conditions have to be specified inthe order. Only blended, age-resistant and non-foaming EPoils (FZG test DIN 51354 load stage > 12) are used. Do notmix oils of different manufacturers. We recommend the oils listed. This is, of course, no exclusive recommendation andequivalent lubricants of other manufacturers can be used.During an oil change, only oils of the same type (for exampleCLP) and with the same viscosity class (for example VG 220)may be mixed. Do not mix differing types of oil (e.g.
CLPand PGLP) under any circumstances.MOTOX®-N Bevel Helical Gear Units B38 are supplied withlong term lubrication. The synthetic oil filling is added at theworks.
