CRISIS MANAGEMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

Annotation.In the life cycle of any enterprise, the onset of a crisis is possible, and it can occur absolutely at all stages of development. Crises can be different, but if the situation at the enterprise as a whole is negative without it, then even a short-term and local crisis can lead to serious consequences. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to develop an effective management system containing measures to predict and prevent negative situations. Many researchers currently believe that any management should be anti-crisis. The main place in crisis management is occupied by the company's development strategy.

If we consider the concept of strategy in a general perspective, then this is a long–term-oriented specific direction of the development of the enterprise, covering all aspects of its internal and external environment, which serves to achieve its goals.
