Stephen Hodgart<s.hodgart@surrey.ac.uk> is now VisitingReader and academicmember of Surrey SpaceCentre (SSC) at the University of Surrey. He hasworked on small satellite research in many aspectsthere since 1981, on attitude control, and errorcontrol coding before taking an interest in GPS andBOC.D r. Pa u l D. He now worksfor the U.K. company QinetiQ.
