ABSTRACT

Final qualifying work carried out on 124 pages, contains 12 visual illustrations, 50 tables. The work is based on the use of 37 links. The object of the thesis is the activity of Limited Liability Company "Vostok - stroy".

The subject of the law to the relations arisen during the development and implementation of improvement measures and incentives Limited Liability Company "Vostok - stroy". For the purpose of qualifying work improvement and motivation at the enterprise. Objectives: to consider the main economic indicators of activity and characterize the enterprise, to assess financial sustainability, to consider the organization of economic work, to analyze the use of labor resources, to consider the organization of remuneration and to evaluate its effectiveness and on the basis of this offer improve motivation and payment of labor, and to offer innovations in the organization of the labor process. Practical significance of the research is that it aims at solving the practical problems of business entity – Limited Liability Company "Vostok stroy". To perform a task, using research methods such as scientific literature analysis, forecasting, analysis of products of activity, synthesis, generalization and systematization of the material, methods of mathematical processing of results of research, comparison and analysis.
