ANNOTATION

Production efficiency is one of the key categories of market economy, which is directly linked to the achievement of the ultimate goal of social production as a whole and each company individually.

In the most common form of economic efficiency of production represents the proportion of two values ​​- the results of operations and production costs. The essence of the problem of increasing production efficiency is to increase the economic benefits per unit of cost in the use of available resources. Increasing the efficiency of production can be achieved both due to savings in operational costs (resources consumed), and by making better use of existing capital and new investments in capital (resources used).

The most important economic result of the market activity of the enterprise, taking into account the long-term prospects of its development is to provide maximum return on investment. earnings ratio and non-recurring costs of getting the original basis for a real increase in production efficiency. However, in accordance with the laws of the market can not be equated with the efficiency of labor productivity. Productivity means fruitful and productive activities of people is determined by the cost of labor and materials per unit of production.
