INTRODUCTION

In the face of competition and the desire to maximize profit enterprises cost-benefit analysis is an essential function of management. This aspect of governance is the most important at the moment, since the practice of functioning of the market shows that no cost-benefit analysis, the company cannot function normally.

The problem with this study is the actual character in modern conditions. This is evidenced by the frequent study of the issues raised.

The relevance of this work is due, the fact that the test in the company needs a comprehensive and well-founded proposals to improve the efficiency of production.

Sources of information for writing the work served as a basic educational literature, fundamental theoretical works of the greatest thinkers in the art, the results of empirical research of prominent domestic and foreign authors, articles and reviews in specialized publications and periodicals devoted to the subject of "efficiency of the enterprise", reference books, and other relevant information sources.

The aim of the final qualifying work is the development of measures to improve the efficiency of the furniture salon «Furniture Paradise».

To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve several problems:

- To consider the concept of efficiency as well as the nature and content of economic efficiency;

- To consider the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of the company;

- To consider the factors and ways of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise;

- To analyze the main technical and economic indicators;

- To analyze the production and sales of finished products;

- To analyze competitors furniture salon «Furniture Paradise»;

- Develop measures to improve the efficiency of the company by organizing two additional jobs of managers;

- Develop measures to improve the efficiency of the company by saving on transportation costs;
