ABSTRACT

The purpose of the study of final qualifying work - way more efficient use of productive resources of the Amur branch "Main Directorate of roads and airfields» in Spetsstroy Russia.

The object in the thesis work is the main enterprise management of construction of roads and airfields.

The subject of research - industrial and economic actor, and ways of enhancing its effectiveness.

The stated aim of the work made ​​it necessary to analyze the vat the following tasks:

- Examine the condition of the construction in the Amur region;

- Technical and economic characteristics of the enterprise;

- Analyze the use of material resources;

- Analyze the use of labor resources;

- Analysis of the financial condition of the company.

Thesis consists of three sections. The first section reflects the theoretical basis of the effectiveness of the management of the main branch of the construction of roads and airfields during Spetsstroy Russia, as well as specific-organization of productive activities. The second section contains a description of the main branch of the management roads and aero domes at Spetsstroy Russia, the analysis of his work and the use of pro-diction resources. The third section of this thesis was developed to measures to improve the efficiency of the main councils-mint construction of roads and airfields during Spetsstroy Russia.
