АNNOTATION

The aim of the present work is the development of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of the enterprises of the construction industry.

To address this goal should be a number of tasks:

- Consider the theoretical aspects of improving the efficiency of the construction company, revealing the essence of the concept of efficiency of the enterprise, identify the reserves for increasing the efficiency of enterprises and consideration of the main indicators characterizing the efficiency of the enterprises of the construction industry;

- To analyze the efficiency of the enterprises of the construction industry for example, the test of the enterprise;

- Identify the main directions to improve the efficiency of the company and to develop economically and to justify measures to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.

The object of research is the work of "building management №25 of the Federal Penitentiary Service, Federal State Unitary Enterprise" Management of the construction of №25 of the Federal Penitentiary Service. " The subject of the research work is the financial and economic activities of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Management of construction №25 of the Federal Penitentiary Service" Primorsky Krai.
