ABSTRACT

In the final qualifying work of 3 chapters. In one chapter of the thesis deals with the theoretical aspects of the plant and equipment in the enterprise, such as: the concept of fixed assets and fixed assets, depreciation and amortization of fixed assets, the main sources of funds, methods of assessing the effectiveness of operating fixed assets. In chapter 2 of final qualifying work refers to the analysis and evaluation of production - economic activity of fishing companies (farm) named 50 October, which consists of the total of the enterprise characteristics, the analysis of the main economic indicators of the farm, the diagnosis of the financial condition of the company, analysis of the security organization of the basic means of production , the analysis of the intensity and efficiency of the use of fixed assets, the analysis of the use of production capacity and equipment. In Chapter 3 of this work provided ways to improve the efficiency of asset utilization. It is considered one of the ways of increasing the efficiency of fixed assets, such as the introduction of new pieces of equipment that need to replace manual labor.

The object of study of final qualifying work are the main foundations of Fishery kolkhoz (collective farm) named 50 October.

The subject of the final qualifying work is the fixed assets of the enterprise.

The aim of the thesis was the development of measures to improve the efficiency of fixed assets in the farm.
