ABSTRACT

JSC "DGC" - the fourth largest installed capacity of territorial generating company in Russia and the largest party of the energy market of the Far East.

In recent time, in most of the big companies are very acute problem associated with the regulation of the frame. As it is well known high turnover indicates instability of the enterprise, employee dissatisfaction with the workplace or dissatisfaction with the organization of a specific person. After certain events, you can improve the performance of staff.

An important component of any business entity - is the efficiency of the company, which is determined by the efficiency of its labor potential. Quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the labor force enable us to determine the feasibility of some economic programs, allow to expand production and improve product quality. Based on observed data, you can carry out activities that improve staff efficiency and allow to increase the efficiency of the enterprise.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the use of labor potential and its impact on the enterprise.

In the framework of this objective, it is supposed to solve some problems:

• improve the definition of the essence of labor potential;

• evaluation of the use of labor potential of JSC "Far Eastern Generating Company -Dalnevostochnaya";

• identification of the problems of labor potential and the development of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of use of labor potential of the enterprise JSC "Far Eastern Generating Company -Dalnevostochnaya".

The object of final qualifying work is JSC "DGC".
