ANNOTATION
Final qualifying work of 80 pages, consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references.
Theme of qualifying work – Improving the efficiency of functioning of the enterprise.
The object of study of final qualifying work is an enterprise of food industry – bakery, owned by IP Sitnikov O.J., and the subject of research production and economic activities of the enterprise.
The purpose of writing the work – evaluation of the functioning of the food industry and consideration of the basic directions of increase of efficiency of its activity.
In connection with the selected target in the final qualifying work and solved the following tasks: shows the general characteristics of the enterprise; the estimation of the volume of production; assessment of the status and efficiency of fixed assets and human resources of the enterprise; assessment of financial performance; the basic directions of increase of efficiency of functioning of the enterprise.
In the process of writing the final qualifying work used the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, affecting the regulation of the activities of businesses; regulatory and accounting documents of the enterprise for the period 2013 - 2015 period; and educational-methodical and periodical literature.
Bibliography contains 30 sources used.
