ABSTRACT

In a market economy, each enterprise is expedient to hold regular general economic analysis of their own state, in order to detect shortcomings in the work of the enterprise, factors of their appearance and r develop specific recommendations to improve performance.

Also, in the current economic conditions, the activity of any enterprise becomes the object of interest of the broad scope of participants of market relations, interested in the results of its operations. Therefore, with a view to the success of the organization should learn all their strengths and weaknesses, abilities and possible competitive threats.

The purpose of final qualifying work is to analyze and develop measures based on it to address the existing problems in the enterprise, their explanation of the need for and the calculation of economic efficiency of their conduct.

To implement this an object in identified and solved the following tasks:

- Writing the theoretical aspects of the analysis of industrial and economic activity of the enterprise;

- An analysis of industrial and economic activity of the enterprise;

- To conduct performance analysis of labor and wages;

- An analysis of the movement of fixed assets;

- An analysis of the accounting balance sheet;

- Develop key recommendations to improve the economic condition of the company and improve its economic performance.

The subject of research is industrial-economic activities of the enterprise and ways of its improvement.

The object of study is a joint-stock company "Railway Trade Company", is a subsidiary of OJSC "Russian Railways".

Main activities:

- Retail of food and non-food items;

- Production and sale of catering;

- The provision of services, making uniforms railroad.
