The non-production infrastructure of the enterprise is created for the social servicing of the enterprise employees. It includes housing and communal structures, kindergartens, day nurseries, medical centers, polyclinics, hospitals, health resorts, rest houses, boarding houses, recreation centers, canteens, snack bars, schools, and other necessary service departments.
The non-productive infrastructure is an important component of the overall structure of the enterprise which ensures the normal life of the enterprise personnel. The availability of the most important elements of the non-productive infrastructure at the enterprise creates an opportunity and gives confidence to its workers to satisfy their vital social needs, thereby creating the prerequisites for good business sentiment and highly productive work of the enterprise personnel.
