ABSTRACT

The theme of final qualifying work «Strategic management and tactics in enhancing competitiveness».

The work consists of three sections.

The first section discusses the theoretical and methodological bases of diagnostics of the condition and the strategy and tactics of enhancing enterprise competitiveness: enhancing the competitiveness as the primary objective of strategic planning of enterprise development; methodological tools for assessing the competitiveness of goods and the economic entity; methodology of diagnosis, development of strategy and tactics of improving competitiveness of the enterprise.

The second section provides a retrospective analysis of financial and economic activities of «Grand», OOO. In this section the characteristic of the enterprise; the analysis of effective indicators of functioning of the enterprise; analysis of the efficiency of fixed assets of the enterprise; the analysis of a condition of use of labour resources of the enterprise and the material and technical base.

The third section is devoted to the development of the strategy and tactics of improving competitiveness: an analysis of the competitive position of «Grand», OOO: provides the definitions of strategic alternatives; the choice of strategy is concentric diversification; given the tactics of strategy implementation; evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen strategy.

The total amount of work is 102 pages. Graduation thesis contains 19 tables and 29 figures. In the course of writing the work was used 43 literature.
