ESSAYThe theme of this final qualifying work is "Features of project management of theimplementation o f the process approach in the enterprise".The purpose of the work is the development o f the project for the transition of theconstruction company FSUE GUSS SU 715 Dalspetsstroy under the Spetsstroy ofRussia to process management.The work consists of three chapters.The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the process approach toenterprise management.In the second chapter, a study was conducted o f the enterprise of FSUE "GUSS"DALSPETSSTROY AT SPETSSTROE ROSSIYA SU 715. This section analyzesthe financial and economic activities of the enterprise, identified the groupsprocesses: the main processes that support processes and management processes.The third chapter is devoted to the development of a project for theimplementation o f the process approach.The total amount of work is 90 pages.

The final qualifying work contains6tables and 15 drawings. During the writing of the work, 50 literature sources wereused.Keywords:process,implementationoftheprocessapproach,projectimplementation.2.
