ANNATATION.

The degree project on subject:"The organization of rail defectoscopy at the Taldansky distance of way" ZABDI is based on actual data of the manufacture workshops of distance taken from documentation with personal introduction of offers and decisions for satisfaction I grow - the shchy needs for transportation of goods and passengers who demand increase in flow capacity of the railroads at obligatory providing full traffic security of trains.

Today in joint stock company"RUSSIAN RAILWAY" the park of defektoskopny diagnostic aids of rail economy of the main course, station and priyemo-dispatch tracks is updated, such defectoscopes as RDM-22, Avikon-11, RDM-23 and the combined cars defectoscopes at which working channels in comparison with former in two, three times are more, to the prima enter there - the neniye of which allows to find beforehand in responsible elements of way and the rolling stock the defects menacing to traffic security of trains.

Along with development of technical base "Regulations on system of non-destructive testing of rails and operation of means of rail defectoscopy in traveling facilities of the railroads" approved р are adoptedasporyazheniye of JSC "Russian Railways" No. 2714r of December 27, 2012, "Classification of defects and damages of elements of railroad switches" of JSC "Russian Railways" No. 1653r approved by the order from 16.08.2012goda and taken effect since 01.09.2015, the instruction "Defects of rails. Classification, the catalog and parameters of defective and ostrodefektny rails", approved by the order of JSC "Russian Railways" No. 2499r of 23.10.2014

Quality of control of rails, implementation of the advanced control methods in huge degree depend on the correct organization of control of rails at distance of way, level of qualification of servicing personnel.

Improvement of rail defectoscopy on the railroads of Russia in the last three years concentrated, mainly, in is wideom implementation of the new removable defectoscopes RDM-23. At the same time, the further priority directions were defined:

- transition from pilot checks of continuous operation of mobile means of defectoscopy with their inclusion in plans of the organization of defektoskopny control at distances of way;

- the improvement of the regulatory base promoting increase in qualitative level and deeper detailing of classification of defects;

In the degree project work of the workshop of defectoscopy is considered in

Taldansky distance of way of ZABDI. Monitoring of exit defective and ostrodefektny rail for the last three years, and also complex assessment of passes of the car geometry car and car defectoscope, ratio of freight density, the passed tonnage to exit defective and ostrodefektny on this or that site of distance is carried out.

The technical solutions of questions directed to increase in efficiency of use of defektoskopny means and quality of control of rails will be given.

Issues on treatment and strengthening of the sick site of subgrade are resolved, the attention is paid to life activity safety issues for the operator of the defektoskopny cart.
