The thesis project examined the issues o f organization o f work o f the railwaytrack non-public JSC "Khabarovsk oil refinery". To solve these tasks in the projectthe analysis o f the existing technical equipment and technology o f work o f the privaterailroad. In the study the scope o f works o f the railway track uncommon use definedvolumes o f loading volume. On the basis o f technical equipment and o f the work ofprivate railroad designed processing capacity o f cargo front, caught less than the av­erage daily loading volume.To reflect the order o f execution and relationships in time and space o f the maintechnological operations is composed o f daily schedules.

The thesis project carriedout the refurbishment o f the vehicular discharge of oil for filling ot light oil products.As a result o f the events at the discharge pier No. 12, 13 BME-costing o f 20 carseach were installed the equipment for pouring o f light oil products, allowing the load­ing o f the 15 tanks o f petroleum products for each overpass. The filling time, as wellas inspection and acceptance o f the event will be 5 hours 30 minutes, which couesponds to 90 cars per day or 4950 tons ot light oil.Capital investments in the project will be 96773 thousand rubles, the current an­nual cost - 631868 thousand RUB, the income from the investment o f the project is668194 thousand rubles., payback period - 5 years with a discount rate o f 0.216.

Theinvestment project will allow to develop 16650 tanks 915,8 thousand tons a year.The thesis project in the section "life safety Issues" addressed the issue of the im­pact o f petroleum products on humans and the environment, calculation o f maximumpermissible concentration o f wastewater from an oil refinery..
