Annotation

This graduation qualification work is a set of measures to improve labor protection at a gas station and a warehouse of fuels and lubricants of military unit 6767 in the village of Sosnovka.

The purpose of this graduation qualification work is to improve the conditions and safety of refueling stations at refueling stations and fuel and lubricants storages in military units, to identify harmful and dangerous production factors and to reduce their impact on the refueling organism, and to introduce new ideas for increasing work capacity, protecting health, life and a comfortable, safe operation of tankers.

The object of research in this work is the state of labor protection and working conditions at gas stations and warehouses of fuel and lubricants in the military unit.

The subject of the study is harmful and dangerous factors arising in the process of work at a gas station and a warehouse of fuels and lubricants.

Working conditions and labor protection measures at the present site will be improved when performing the following tasks:

1. examine the state of working conditions and safety at the petrol station and a warehouse of combustive-lubricating materials in the unit;

2. to study the harmful and dangerous in the air working area of ​​the filling station and the warehouse of combustive-lubricating materials in the military unit;

3. to study the effect of harmful and dangerous factors and substances on the refueling organism at the gas station and the warehouse of fuel and lubricants in the military unit;

4. improving the conditions and labor safety of the refueler at a gas station and a warehouse of fuel and lubricants in the military unit.

At the gas station and the warehouse of combustive-lubricating materials considered in my work there are physical, chemical and psychophysiological, dangerous and harmful production factors.

The refueling complex in the military unit is a filling station in the territory that hosts 6 filling stations, 5 of them are petrol and 1 column with diesel fuel, in separate areas of the building and industrial facilities, a warehouse for fuel and lubricants and fuel storage tanks -smazochnyh materials, gasoline and diesel fuel.

The general analysis in this thesis was aimed at studying the general state of labor protection and working conditions at gas stations and fuel and lubricants storages in the military unit.

In the process of analysis, hazardous and harmful production factors were identified in the work of the refueler at the filling station and in the fuel and lubricants warehouse in the military unit, it was established that the main factor causing unsatisfactory working conditions and safety is the factor - the release of harmful, dangerous and poisonous substances from other Factors - physical loads, noise and fire and explosion hazard, which provides the necessary information for planning work on labor protection at a gas station and in a warehouse of fuels and lubricants materials under in a military unit.
