Abstract

The thesis project examined the physical and chemical processes occurring in a fire. The analysis of statistical data on fires in the Russian Federation.

The analysis scheme of the organization of operational links in the GPO, and the technical means of communication used in the system of operational communication gap. Wired communication is performed via direct leased lines for PBX lines and on lines of communication line "01". Radio communication is carried out by radioupravlenie between CPPS and the drive. On the fire typically deployed radio network, which includes radio station RTP, chiefs UT, PB exploration and radioupravlenie between CPPS and RTP.

Optimized communications system for the operational management of the MPO. Based on the calculation results it was found that for given initial data optimality criteria satisfy the following parameters: the required number of communication lines taking into account hardware reliability-3; number of controllers-1; the efficiency of radio-0,731; the performance of the radio-0,937; installation height stationary antennas on CPPS-17m; at the remote FC-10m; fire trucks lifting height of antennas is 2m.

Measures are developed for BC, as well as calculations of costs associated with the work of dispatchers.
