The purpose of final qualification work was development of technology of workof station Khabarovsk I in connection with commissioning of the main pipeline"Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean".In the course of work the analysis of the current situation on interaction ofstation Khabarovsk by I and JSC Khabarovsk Oil Refinery was made; the existingand perspective amounts of works are defined; "narrow" places in work o f stationare revealed; calculation of sufficiency of traveling development of station isexecuted and actions for work of park Khabarovsk Pier of station Khabarovsk of Iafter commissioning main oil pipeline are offered.The analysis of development of railway infrastructure of station Khabarovsk Ishowed that at the available hardware the station is capable to process the existingfreght traffic volumes, including at increase in freght traffic to 6 million t a year.However, for providing the admission of the specified freght traffic volume, thereare serious restrictions of capacity of station Khabarovsk I and, in particular, parkKhabarovsk - Pier.

The project of reconstruction and modernization o f railwayinfrastructure of JSC Khabarovsk Oil Refinery will allow to accept transfer trainswith empty cars from station Khabarovsk I at once on the priyemootpravochnyways. Thus, the capacity o f park Khabarovsk Pier will increase. Aftercommissioning of the main pipeline, shunting work on formation of giving oncargo fronts for plum of oil products in park Khabarovsk - the Pier is absent.Departure of loaded cars will be directly made from park Khabarovsk - Pier..
