Annotation

Theme of qualifying work: Development of the automated information system for enterprise computer service.

The volume qualifying work: 90 pages, 21 table, 18 images.

Means of implementation: database Microsoft Access 2016, Delphi 10.

Final qualifying work «Automated information system of the enterprise computer service» devoted to issue automation of the enterprises of small business.

The purpose of automation is to reduce the data operations are carried out manually, increasing productivity, reducing costs for processing documents, as well as reducing the number of errors arising from the «human factor».

In the course of the work the following tasks were solved:

• carried out technical and economic characteristics of «IT-Service»;

• identifying the need for the creation of AIS;

• stated purpose and functions of AIS service center;

• made choice of software;

• made the choice and justification of design solutions;

• conducted database design and interface for AIS;

• designed AIS service center;

• carried out technical and economic analysis of the project.

Designed AIS provides the following core functions: maintaining a price list for works, services, spare parts and consumables of the service center; ordering repair or maintenance of equipment, taking into account the cost of spare parts and consumables; authorization and allocation of access rights between employees; distribution of orders between workers; account the availability of spare parts and consumables in stock; creation of documents and reports.

AIS accounting service center activity is being tested with the subsequent introduction in the «IT-service».
