приобрели дальнейшее развитие положення, касающиеся порядка и особенностей осуществления перестрахования и совместного страхования в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности, в частности разработан проект Закона Украины “О деятельности страхового пула”;
охарактеризованы основные направления совершенствования правовых норм с предоставлением предложений относительно улучшения страхового законодательства в сфере внешнеэкономической деятельности.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the state-legal regulation of insurance in the external economic activity sphere. The author determines the concept, principles, operations, risks and specific of insurance in the external economic sphere. She examines some types of insurance offences and the essence of reinsurance institute in the external economic activity sphere. The groups of the factors having an influence on the efficiency of regulation of the activity in the domestic insurance market are emphasized.
The author gives the conclusions, the suggestions and the recommendations concerning the increasing of the efficiency of state-legal regulation of insurance in the external economic sphere. The dissertation examines the complex of theoretical-methodological and practical questions concerning the main directions of subsequent development of national legislation which regulates the relations in the insurance sphere.
