The thesis clears the mechanism of bacterial structural components influence on vaginal epitheliocytes in experiment. The ability of vaginal epitheliocytes to secrete various spectrum of interleukins, tumor necrosis factor, transforming growth factor, prostaglandin E2 and interferon gamma is shown. The rates of secretion, lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system activity, cyclic nucleotides and apoptic markers expression by epitheliocytes of healthy women vagina and of patients with bacterial vaginosis one are established. The dose and time-dependent influence of bacterial structural components – causative agents of bacterial vaginosis is established on the secretion of mediators by epitheliocytes of healthy women vagina, intracellular content of lipid peroxidation products and cyclic nucleotides, activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase, and on the secretion of apoptic markers.
