Based on new obtained data about dependence of geometry of operating wound and position in space of some organs of the biliary system the instruments (declarative patent of Ukraine №23659) adapted to these conditions and light source were developed, that allows to get the maximal parameters of luminosity of the operated structures. Taking into account the selected risk criteria of complications and topographic and anatomic features of location of liver and GB algorithm of choice of minimally invasive intervention in patients with GSD was developed. The improvement of medical-diagnostic approach in treatment of GSD and its complications contributed the improvement of results of surgical treatment, that allowed to reduce the rate of complications from 13,7% to 5,8%.
