The dissertation is for scientific degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences on the speciality of pulmonology – 14.01.27. Crimean Republican Research Institute of Physical Methods of Treatment and Medical Climatology named after I.M.Sechenov, Yalta, 2008.
The thesis is devoted to studying of peculiarities of forming of misbalance of endocrine and cytokine homeostasis, functional activity of vascular endothelium and functional integration of reproductive hormones and immune system in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after cured lung tuberculosis. The advisability and clinical efficacy of placental hormone usage for modulation of cytokine activity and extraimmune immunocorrection in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung tuberculosis in anamnesis were scientifically grounded.
