The dissertation for the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences degree by the speciality 13.00.02 – Theory and Methods of Biology education. – National M. P. Dragomanov Pedagogical University, Kyiv, 2008.
The problem of the activization the seniour form pupils’ cognitive activity in Biology was investigated in the dissertation. It was proved by the way of the effective using of forms this subject and also by the improving of the teachers’ methodical training for it realization. The levels of the formation the seniour form pupils’ cognitive activity was fixed. The effectiveness of the carrying out the Biological weeks, country excursions, work in clubs and experimental „Young Biologist’s School” was scientifically substantiated and experementaly proved. The great importance has the „Methods of the out-of-class work from Biology” for the improving of the students-Biologists out-of-class work organization. The main results of the investigation are used in the secondary school’ studing process.
The recommendation of the organization the activization of the seniour form pupils’ cognitive activity in the Biology’s out-of-class work was elaborated.
