Thesis is devoted to the research of legal regulation of provision of pensions of employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions. Essence and peculiarities of provision of pensions of employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions are studied for the first time. Conceptual machinery of provision of pensions of employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions is improved and elaborated. Peculiarities of pension legal relations in the sphere of provision of pensions of stated category of employees are studied and researched. It is proposed for the first time to divide kinds of provision of pensions of employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions. The moment and conditions of pension law appearing and subjects’ ability in the sphere of pension guaranteeing of employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions are determined. Essence of reasons and conditions of appearing the right for pension on easy-payment terms and its fixing is determined. Problems appearing during the process of fixing pensions to employees that work on positions with unhealthy and hard labor conditions are elucidated. International and domestic normative and legal acts, modern realities in the researched sphere are analyzed and corresponding conclusions have been made on their base and also some ways and directions improving the order of fixing and payment of pensions on easy-payment terms are proposed.
