Annotation

The theme of the graduation project " Residential 5-storey house for 45 apartments on the Str. Alekseevskaya in Khabarovsk."

The project report includes the following units:

1. Architecture and ConstructionUnit;

2. Functional Calculation Unit;

3. Organizational and TechnologicalUnit;

4. Building the economy;

5. Life Safety Unit and Ecology;

6. Civil Defense Unit.

All the unitare based and modelled on existing norms and rules.

According to the results of calculations and decisions made, a graphical part was developed, which is presented on twelve sheets of A1 and by explanatory note.

The Architecture and Constructionunitincludes natural and climatic characteristics of the construction area, main requirements to this kindof buildings, rationale for choosing structural elements of the building. Thermotechnicalcalculation of enclosing structures of outer walls and covers have been produced, account the specific characteristics of the thermal protection of the building.

The graphical part of the unit is presented with the front elevation drawings, overall plan, floor plan and sectional view of the building.

The functional calculation unit is presented with the monolithic flooring and it designs a monolithic slabs and foundations.

The graphic part of the unitis presented with the floor slabs lay-up schedules.

In the construction industry the technology is a flow map to masonry walls.

In the economic section was calculated on the payment device masonry resource method.

In the safety of life and the environment designed by me-ropriyatiya organization's security when working at height, hot work when installing weldable roofing material when constructing the roof, on the environmental protection measures during construction.

In the civil defense considered measures to protect the population from weapons of mass destruction.
