ANNOTATION

Final qualifying work contains an explanatory note on 111 pages, 7 figures, 33 tables, 3 applications.

Explanatory note consists of three chapters.

The first chapter is devoted to resource budgeting methodology in information technology banking. It examines the characteristics of the bank's IT resources, cost types of IT resources and their characteristics. As described by cost attribution rules on the types and principles of budgeting resources in IT departments.

The second chapter is devoted to the systematization of the costs of IT resources of Far East Bank Sberbank of Russia. Namely, the justification of the cost of feasibility planning services to the Far East Bank Sberbank of Russia and the distribution of IT services for the IT category. This chapter is developed and the algorithm for calculating the cost of the IT category for the bank. Attention is paid to the basic value and volume indicators used to calculate the cost of the IT category.

The third chapter shows the calculation method and calculated the IT category of the planned cost for 2017 for Far East Bank Sberbank of Russia. According to the calculation results produced by the analysis of the results and development of corrective measures for 2017, as rejection of the proposed cost structure by category "Software" and "Computer Science" made more than acceptable 10%.
