ANNOTATION

Final qualification work contains 83 pages, 30 tables, 22 drawings, 1 appendix, the list of the used literature contains 31 sources.

Research objective is studying of the factors influencing expenses of the Khabarovsk distance of power supply and also development of actions for their optimization. An object of research is consideration of factors which influence expenses of the enterprise. The Khabarovsk department of the site of power supply acts as an object of a research. This structural division of the Far East directorate on power supply - structural division «Transpower» - branch «Russian Railway». For achievement of a goal it is necessary to solve the following problems:

1. To consider specifics of formation of operating costs of railway transport;

2. To investigate the factors influencing expenses of the Khabarovsk department of the site of power supply;

3. To develop actions for optimization of expenses of the enterprise.

In chapter 1 of this thesis the concept of operating costs of the enterprise is considered, specifics of formation of operating costs of railway transport are studied, the main signs of their classification are considered and the system of the factors exerting impact on them is studied. The general characteristic of the Khabarovsk department of the site of power supply as research object has been given in chapter 2, the structure and dynamics of operating costs are analysed, an assessment of factors of change of direct costs on primary activity, the salary fund, material inputs and use the fixed assets funds is given, and also the generalized assessment of influence of factors on change of expenses of the enterprise is made. In a chapter 3 actions for optimization of expenses of the enterprise are developed.
