Annotation

Final qualifying work on «Analysis of the financial condition of the company and ways to prevent the insolvency (bankruptcy)» (an example of LLC «Elander Sport») is made on the example of the enterprise of LLC «Elander Sport», the work consists of 3 sections, 84 pages.

In this work disclosed methods and trends analysis of the company's financial status, the diagnosis of insolvency (bankruptcy) and ways to prevent it.

In the first chapter of the thesis examined the economic and legal essence of insolvency (bankruptcy), identified its shapes and forms, describes the basics of financial analysis, basic techniques and financial analysis ratios, foreign and domestic practices and bankruptcy diagnostics model.

In the second chapter of the thesis describes the main activities of the investigated companies. The brief financial condition of LLC «Elander Sport»: an analysis of the structure and dynamics of assets and liabilities, liquidity, financial stability, to calculate the probability of bankruptcy on domestic foreign techniques.

In the third chapter we described the main directions of strengthening the financial condition and reduce the risk of bankruptcy. As the measures to strengthen financial stability, applicable to the Company LLC «Elander Sport», a system of measures, which includes two areas: increasing profits and reducing costs, improving balance sheet liquidity. Calculation of the efficiency measures was performed.

Thesis contains all the sections and parts, the calculation efficiency is sufficient to implement it in practical terms the activities of the investigated companies.

The work presents 9 drawings, 21 tables, 3 application.

When writing the final qualifying work of the accounting reporting of the enterprise data were used, 55 sources.
